Managing Director / Head of Operations

Eng. Dean Nuwenyesiga (Registered Engineer ERB. No. 1523), is a qualified civil Engineer who holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MaK), BSc. Civil Engineering (MaK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project management in Project Planning and Management (UMI).

He is the Managing director of FCL. He has 6 years’ experience in road engineering projects, buildings and bridges, geotechnical engineering and material testing.

He has expertise in project management, planning, feasibility studies, design, supervision of construction and rehabilitation of roads/highways, preparation of contract documents and procurement of related services, geotechnical investigations and design of geotechnical structures and material testing.
